Private 1:1 yoga in Charleston, SC

Whether you’re looking to refine your yoga practice, prefer a personal setting, or simply need the yoga class to come to you—a one-on-one private yoga session in Charleston is a great option.

Private yoga classes can be tailored to meet your individual needs or preferences.

• Beginner and intermediate yoga students might find a private session beneficial because we can spend time focusing on refining proper alignment, learning new poses, and working through a class sequence that makes sense for your body. This is a great place to build the foundation for your personal practice.
• Private yoga sessions make yoga accessible by bringing yoga to you. 1:1 yoga sessions are great for everyone, but especially in these cases:
  • You’re a stay-at-home mom and can’t leave the house, but would love to pick up a class during naptime.
  • You would like to try yoga, and don’t feel ‘ready’ for a group setting. (p.s. You are ready, and it’s okay!)
  • You’re a busy professional and can’t afford to take time commuting to and from yoga studios.
  • You’re a traveling musician/performer and want the benefits of yoga ‘on the road’ while maintaining your personal space between shows.

Locations for private yoga sessions

Private yoga sessions can be held in a variety of places. I offer on-location yoga sessions at your home or even in your backyard. For those traveling, we can do a session at your hotel or Airbnb. Our surrounding lowcountry parks and beaches are also great options if you prefer to be outdoors.

1:1 Charleston private yoga session rates

Private yoga session rates in the Charleston area by location:

Charleston, North Charleston, Mount Pleasant, James Island and Johns Island, $125.

Sullivan’s Island, Isle of Palms, Kiawah, and Folly Beach, $135.

Summerville, Awendaw, and Monck’s Corner, $135.

6 class packs and 10 class packs can be purchased for any location.

6-class pack: $675

10-class pack: $1,125

Class packs must be used within 12 months of purchase. Class packs may not be extended beyond 12 months, except in documented medical situations.

Host a group yoga class in Charleston

Private group yoga classes are a great way to bring people together, whether you’re visiting and planning a corporate wellness event, run your organization’s social calendar, or own a small business here in Charleston. Need help deciding where to host your group? Send me a note with your dates and details. I’d love to come up with some recommendations to suit your needs! Location examples for yoga class pop-ups in your community:

• In your neighborhood community room, clubhouse, or outdoors in your neighborhood (you will need HOA permission for this, if applicable).
• At your school or place of work.
• At your place of business (great team building activity!).
• At your favorite restaurant or coffee shop with outdoor, patio, or event space.
• In your favorite bookstore.
• At the beach.
• On-site at your Charleston-area hotel, think rooftop, meeting rooms, wellness areas, ballroom, or outdoor grounds.

Private group classes start at $220 for a 60-minute session and include up to 8 people. Add $22 for each additional person. Local towns and beaches outside of the City of Charleston are subject to a $75 travel fee.

If you would like to collaborate on bringing the group to you, we can work together on creating a yoga event at your place of business with open registration.
