I solely assume the risk connected with participation in these forms of yoga, other programs, and workshops. I represent that I am in good health and suffer from no physical impairment that would limit my participation in this type of physical activity led by LeeAnn Neumann and Energy & Flow. I agree to inform my teacher of any physical limitations, discomfort, and/or injuries before or during class, and I take full responsibility for any nondisclosure. I acknowledge that LeeAnn Neumann has not and will not provide any medical services.
