About this yoga class
Join us for an all-levels, 75-minute yoga class as we flow through vinyasa-style sequencing, incorporating breathwork throughout our practice. You will be guided into alignment throughout each pose. We will incorporate a little yin/restorative practice, as well as a sound bath by Latora during savasana.
What do I need to bring to yoga?
For this class, you will need to bring a yoga mat and water. Please wear comfortable clothing.
Space is limited to 10 attendees, you must preregister and complete the waiver form.
A donation-based yoga class
Class is donation-based with a suggested donation of $15 per person. You can Venmo your donation to @neumala in advance or at the time of the event.
